Annual Primorski Klub Dinner/Dance

The annual Primorski Klub Dinner/Dance will take place on Saturday, April 18, at the Slovenian National Home​ on St. Clair Ave.. The festivities begin at 6pm and will include a lively performance by Folklorna Skupina Kres, a delicious dinner prepared by Julka Zalar and dancing to the musical stylings of the Fred Ziwich Band. Pristavska Noč 2015

Traditional Pristavska noč Banquet will be held on Saturday January 24. in Slovenian National home on St. Clair Avenue. Starting time is at 6 pm and dinner will be served at 7 o'clock. Dancing to the music of Alpine Sextet. The ticket cost is $ 40 and for reservations call Elizabeth Zalik on tel.# 440-537-1941. Members and friends invited.

The Board of Slovenska Pristava (SP) is inviting all SP Members as well as others of Slovenian descent to reserve a commemorative Chapel Window in memory of family members who were killed during or after WW II in the fight for Slovenian freedom from Communism.

Koline Sausage Fest

PENSIONERS CLUB OF SLOVENSKA PRISTAVA is presenting their 27th annual “KOLINE” sausage picnic on Sunday, October 12th 12:00 noon to 3:00 o’clock at $15.00 for adults and $7.00 for children and will include a choice of blood or rice sausage (koline), fresh sausage, sauerkraut, potatoes and dessert and all the usual bar refreshments. We are asking members to bake strudel for dessert.


Wine Festival at Slovenska Pristava

The Pristava Board is inviting members and friends to the annual Wine Festival on Sunday September 14 at 2:00 p.m. From 3p.m. on, the Veseli Godci will play for your entertainment and dancing. Not only will the bar have all your favorite beverages, there will also be local Wineries presenting and offering their wines. We humbly ask all housewives for baked goods.

Slovenska Pristava 1st annual OKTOBERFEST!!

Please join Slovenska Pristava at its 1st Saturday, October 18, 2014. A traditional German-style dinner will be served, and thirst-quenching German beers will be poured! The dinner consists of Wienerschnitzel, potato salad, spaetzle, and strudel. Veseli Godci will play for your listening and dancing pleasure at 7:30pm. There will also be an exciting raffle!

Labor Day Picnic at Slovenska Pristava

The board of Pristava will be hosting their annual Labor Day picnic on Saturday August 30th. Doors will open at 3:30 PM and music will be provided by two bands Patty C. and the Boys from 4:30 to 6:30 and and then the Alpine Sextet until 10 pm. The bar will be open at 4:00 PM and the kitchen will be open at 4:30.


St. Mary's Parish Summer Picnic

The date is set for our fun filled afternoon of fellowship, dancing, food and entertainment! St. Mary's Parish Picnic is taking place next week on Sunday, August 17th, 2014! Please plan on attending this wonderful event that helps support our Parish and it's many programs!


St. Vitus Parish Summer Picnic

St. Vitus Parish, established in Aug. 1893 as the first American Slovenian Roman Catholic parish in the state of Ohio and Diocese of Cleveland, will have its annual parish picnic on JULY 20, 2014 (SUNDAY) at Slovenska Pristava, a recreational facility located in Harpersfield, Ohio. There isno admission or parking charge.  

MZA fundraiser picnic sponsored by Catholic Mission Aid

Slovenian missionaries are scattered around the world spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. Mostly living in Third-World conditions, they build, educate, feed, nurse, and otherwise help our sisters and brothers in Christ. Their burden becomes lighter and their yoke becomes easier when they receive financial assistance from us, the Slovenian-American community of Cleveland.
